These terms explain the basic conditions for using this Memtome instance. They should be read together with the Privacy notice.
Using this service
Use Memtome only for content you are entitled to store and process. Do not use it to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, or gain access to data or scopes you are not permitted to use.
Your content and account
You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account access secure. Keep sensitive material such as identity documents, banking details, and payroll information out of Memtome unless your organization has explicitly approved that use.
How the service processes content
Memtome stores content as plain-text markdown so the server can compile, search, and serve it. Relevant content is sent to a connected AI provider when you or your AI runs a query; storage alone does not send content to an AI provider.
Your control
Memtome uses portable markdown storage. You can export your data, and you can ask the instance operator to delete it. The Privacy notice explains technical visibility, app-layer logging, configured AI providers, and how to contact the operator.
Availability and changes
This instance may change, pause, or stop features as it is maintained. If these terms or the privacy notice change materially, the current versions will be published on this instance.
